Shipping and Delivery

Welcome to Socoria. As a platform dedicated to digital automation bundles (templates, workflow files, documentation, and related resources), we do not ship any physical goods. This Delivery Policy explains how digital delivery works, expected timeframes, and your responsibilities to ensure successful access.

1. General Delivery Scope

Digital Only: All products sold on Socoria are digital. You will not receive a physical item via courier.
No Shipping Fees: Since there is no physical shipping, we do not charge shipping fees. The price shown at checkout is for the digital Bundle (excluding any payment gateway/bank fees).

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the Bundle, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:

Instant Download Link: After successful payment, a download link may be shown on the confirmation page.
Email Delivery: A delivery email may be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check Inbox, Spam/Junk, and Promotions folders.
User Dashboard: If you have an account, your downloads may be available in “My Orders” / “Order History”.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim for fast delivery, but timeframes may vary based on system status and verification checks.

Instant Delivery: Most orders provide access within 1 to 10 minutes after payment confirmation.
Standard Delivery: In some cases (high traffic, email delays, payment review), delivery may take up to 60 minutes.
Verification Hold: If an order is flagged for security review, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If this happens, we may notify you by email.

4. Security & Verification Checks

To protect customers and prevent fraud, Socoria may use automated risk checks.

– If an order is flagged, we may temporarily pause delivery and request additional verification (e.g., confirmation of payment ownership).
– Delivery timeframes apply after verification is completed.
– If verification is not provided within a reasonable time (typically up to 48 hours), the order may be cancelled and refunded (where applicable).

5. Customer Responsibilities (Avoid Delivery Issues)

Successful delivery depends on the information you provide. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by customer error.

Correct Email: Ensure your email address is valid and typed correctly. If you enter the wrong email, we may not be able to resend access if the link was already delivered/used.
Account Access: If delivery is via dashboard, you are responsible for logging into the correct account used at checkout.
Device/Browser: Some downloads may be blocked by browser extensions, VPNs, or corporate firewalls—please try a different browser/network if needed.

6. Non-Delivery & Technical Issues

If you have not received your Bundle within the estimated timeframe:

Step 1: Check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders for delivery email.
Step 2: Check your account dashboard (“My Orders” / “Order History”).
Step 3: If your order shows “Completed” but you cannot access the download, or it remains “Processing” for more than 2 hours, contact us with your order number and purchase email.
